“Was a little worried with the reviews but stopped in before making a reservation and the lady at the front desk was happy to give us a small tour and checkout the room we would be staying in (pet friendly). Room was clean, and the hotel had the basics of what you needed including a free breakfast. Great central location off the main highway.”

“I am an over the road truck driver and when I end up at the Knoxville terminal off Strawberry Plains Pike I always come to this hotel. The reason is Diane because she makes me feel wanted and right at home. She always greets me with a smile and is always asking what I need. She mutitasks while keeping a conversation going with me. Faye and her daughter April work so hard over in the breakfast area. They both are always asking if I need anything and have a smile on their face. They both keep the area stocked up and clean. I drive 20 minutes away to come here and this is why. Thank you for these ladies who strive for good customer service so please keep them and I will always come back. Also the rooms are clean and quiet and the beds are very comfortable. Thanks again.”
